terms of service
- commissions can be made through ko-fi or ready made emotes/assets can be purchased on etsy.- all commissions are for personal use only, if you would like to use the commission in merchandise then please contact me and we can discuss pricing.- you may use these commissions on social media, twitch, youtube, discord.- commissions will take 7-14 days unless otherwise stated, if there is a delay then i will contact you.- refunds are not available if the work has been started.- i can reject a commission if i do not feel i am able to create it, you will receive a refund if this happens.- a rush fee can be applied if you need your commission sooner, please contact me to discuss this.- i can create recolours of ready made designs in my shop, you can also commission these through ko-fi.- references must be provided for me to work from.- credit isn't needed but would be appreciated. you can link my site, my socials, or use the twitch artist attribution to 'chaptercharms'.- please contact me if you have any questions! $20 per set if same design recoloured (up to 12 included then $1 per additional recolour)
